I was undecided if I should go to apple or here. I went in the store and the guy told me more than likely I don’t have insurance because the phone was older. He told me the plans they had and I chose the 179$ plan. When getting my phone back I kept saying (I don’t think my screen is suppose to be lifted like this). He explained its how the screen is based on the plan I got. I told him with either plan my phone screen isn’t suppose to push in and out of the phone. We went back and forth for like 3 mins and I paid and left. LITERALLY 11 Hours later my screen turned black after putting it on the kitchen island. I called back and he basically said it’s nothing they can do without warranty. So I wasted my money. ESPECIALLY after I told him for 3 straight minutes the screen wasn’t suppose to be pushed out of the phone brackets before I left. Would NOT recommend

I wouldn’t come here. Replaced my cell phone screen with what they claimed to be an original screen. Worked great for 3 months and then half the screen blanked and stopped working. I tried to call and ask why this is happening, they refused to acknowledge and deal with the issue. Charged me $300 for a screen that lasted 3 months. I would not recommend this place. Consider an alternative store.
